(I have to finish this later. It is very late, and it was 20 years ago : ).

After Kenwood? (College etc.)

University of Illinois, 1988-1992, BS-LAS. Then Northern Illinois University, JD. Then lawyer for seven unpleasant years (maybe I broke a mirror). Then Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago 2000-2002. Now line cook at the Omni Chicago.
Also, married one and a half years, no kids, one dog.

I kicked around in hotel work and private clubs then settled into corporate dining. Then I hooked up with contract management companies and wound up in Healthcare Foodservice. Good hours, decent pay, regular life. Now I kick contract management companies out of hospitals and manage them myself hehehe!
